Kathy Bernhard is a strategic business partner with expertise in executive assessment, 360° feedback, succession planning, training, executive assimilation and mentoring. Kathy is also skilled at working with high potentials to prepare them to take on larger challenges, produce greater results, and have a more significant impact on the organization. She is a frequent presenter at national conferences speaking about her work in the areas of 3600 feedback and succession planning.

Kathy was Director of Management Development at Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 150 firm and one of the world’s largest distributors of electronic components and computer products. In this role, she was responsible for global succession planning and leadership development, with particular emphasis on Europe. Previously, Kathy served as Director of Human Resources for CMP Media, Inc., and held a variety of human resources management positions with Unisys Corporation (currently Lockheed/Martin Corporation)

B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University
