Loren Margolis, MSW, CPC
Loren is the Founder of Training & Leadership Success, a global leadership development consultancy that provides leadership and team development programs and executive coaching services. Her firm has designed and delivered seminars both in the U.S. and internationally for Fortune 500 companies, universities and nonprofits, including: JPMorgan Chase, Ortho, UNICEF, Uber, the Center for Corporate Education at Stony Brook University and many other global organizations.

Ms. Margolis’s background in psychology, training and proficiency in adult learning provides a rich understanding of development. Her previous experience leading cross-functional teams in the creation and implementation of large-scale leadership and professional development programs enables her to understand the business and organizational development issues that her clients face.
Loren established her expertise at Columbia Business School where she trained and coached global executive-track MBAs in the financial services, management consulting, consumer goods and healthcare sectors. She founded Columbia’s peer coaching program where she certified and managed a large cadre of leadership coaches and headed organization-wide career development curriculum that drove the professional growth of 2,500 of business leaders a year. During her tenure she also created and led the Management Communication Program that helped thousands of business leaders tackle their fear of public speaking and hone their leadership presence.
She then managed all Training and Development for North America at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and headed organization-wide leadership development at New-York Presbyterian Hospital before founding Training & Leadership Success.
Loren received her BA with honors, in Psychology from Hartwick College, her MSW, with high honors, from SUNY at Stony Brook, and her coaching certification from the Center for Coaching Certification, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Loren is certified in numerous assessment tools, including: Hogan, Lominger Voices 360°, Korn-Ferry Leadership Architect, Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, DISC and Harvard Business School’s CareerLeader.
