Nancy Jacoby, RN, BSN, MBA, MHSA, FACHE, ACC is a former healthcare executive with 25 years of experience in the industry. Her coaching clients span across industries and include clinical and executive leaders at major academic medical centers, health insurers and pharmaceutical companies. The philosophy of Nancy’s coaching practice is to lead her clients in obtaining awareness, implementing changes and achieving their desired outcomes.
Nancy has coached teams on navigating productive conflict, shoring up trust and reinforcing collaboration. This work has yielded cohesive team functioning and enriched professional relationships. Her facilitated brainstorming and process improvement sessions have led to heightened operational efficiency and forward movement on initiatives once stuck in neutral.
No stranger to organizational change, Nancy has expertly led change initiatives across hospital campuses and departments. Her large-scale change initiatives include a leading a hospital merger and instituting High Reliability Organization practices. She has also been called upon by executive leaders to guide and coach department heads through process improvement and department restructuring.
Nancy’s expert assessment skills have been sought in analyzing current state and making recommendations for future state changes to achieve objectives or bring up underperforming units. She has also supported C-suite and other leaders in crafting leader development and succession planning strategies in healthcare and other industries.
Nancy has also designed and delivered highly rated training and development programs for global and national companies. She was selected as an executive team member for designing Customer Service training for a hospital wide cohort, a design team member for system-wide leadership competencies, and has advised clients on designing Physician and Nurse Leader Development Programs.
Education: BS in Nursing, MBA, and MHSA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
